This is an agreement between LeadLink Plus referred to herein as "we", "us", or "our") and you (the "Parties" and each a "Party"). By using the LeadLink Plus website (the "Site") and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. "Services" means any services available within the Site and the following applications (mobile, desktop, or otherwise): LeadLink Plus Wallet and Payments and LeadLink Plus Wallet and Payments. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use herein, do not use the Site or Services.

LeadLink Plus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes. The current version of these terms is available at LeadLink Plus . Your continued use of the Services following the published updates to the terms will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

We offer a wide range of services, and additional terms may apply. When you use a LeadLink Plus service you will also be subject to the guidelines, terms, and agreements applicable to that particular service (the "Service Terms").

If these Terms of Use are inconsistent with the Service Terms, the Service Terms will control.

ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES A WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND PARTICIPATION IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

Your relationship with LeadLink Plus .com and use of the Site or Services is subject to Applicable Law. "Applicable Law" refers to all applicable laws of any governmental authority, including, without limitation, federal, state and foreign securities laws, tax laws, tariff and trade laws, ordinances, judgments, decrees, injunctions, writs and orders or like actions of any governmental authority and rules, regulations, orders, interpretations, licenses, and permits of any federal, regional, state, county, municipal or other governmental authority. By entering into this agreement to use our Site or Services, you agree to act in compliance with and be legally bound to any and all Applicable Law.

2. ACCESSING THE SERVICES

2.1 Limited License. We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Services and the Site solely in accordance with the Terms of Use.
2.2 Credentials. You must keep secret all credentials associated with the Services. You are solely responsible for managing and maintaining the security of any information relating to such credentials and agree that LeadLink Plus shall not be held responsible (and you shall not hold us responsible) for any unauthorized access to the Services or any resulting harm you may suffer.
2.3 Compliance. Your access to one or more Services may be contingent upon satisfaction of our onboarding processes, which may include verification of your identity and additional information we may request from time-to-time. The information we request may include, without limitation, personally identifiable information such as network address, name, email, address, telephone number, date of birth, taxpayer identification or social security number, official government-issued photo identification, and bank account information or other information we may reasonably deem helpful in satisfying our risk management or legal obligations. In providing this information to us you represent that it is accurate and agree to update your information promptly, but in no event later than 14 days following any change in your information. Failure to provide information or update it promptly may result in Services or funds being unavailable to you.
2.4 Communications. Any and all communications from LeadLink Plus may be provided to you via electronic mail at the address you provided when accessing the Services. LeadLink Plus shall not be responsible for any harm you may suffer as a result of your failure to receive any notice provided to you in connection with your use of Services so long as such notice is provided to such email address. LeadLink Plus may also communicate with you through other methods, including via telephone call, instant messaging or chat applications either operated by LeadLink Plus or a third party.
2.5 Termination. We may close, terminate, enable or disable any or all of the Services, or your access to the Services at any time and for any reason.

We use the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service
• To notify you about changes to our Service
• To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so
• To provide customer support
• To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service
• To monitor the usage of our Service
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues
• To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information.
